At Mundra Asset, we believe that transparency is the cornerstone of a trusted financial partnership. In compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines, we provide complete disclosure regarding the remuneration we receive.
Trail commissions are paid directly by the Asset Management Companies (AMCs) from the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER). This commission does not increase your investment cost or reduce your returns.

As per the SEBI circular (SEBI/IMD/CIR No 4/168230/09), following are the details of commission earned by Mundra Asset from various AMCs for distribution of mutual fund schemes:

Details of scheme level commission on mutual funds are available with the relationship managers and would be produced on demand. The rates are updated on best effort basis if there are any revisions done in commission rates by AMCs.
The scheme the investor is subscribing to is of Regular Plan which involves payment of commission to Mundra Asset.
Key Disclosures
- We receive only trail commission from AMCs. We do not accept any upfront or incentive-based payments.
- Actual commission details are available in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) provided by CAMS/KFintech.
- Recommendations are strictly based on objective criteria: Performance, Risk, and Suitability (as per our Fund Selection Policy).
- You have the option to invest in Direct Plans directly through AMC websites/apps to avoid distributor commissions.
